Another option is to have an online order request form. The difference here is that you get to accept or decline the request before any payments are made. My form is a request form because I want to make sure I have availability for each order before accepting a payment for it.

Including these in your order form avoids confusion later and gives your customers confidence in how you do business. You’ve got the form and the payment system—now it’s time to make sure everyone knows how easy it is to order from you! Share your order form link across your social media platforms. Let your followers know it’s just a click away. And don’t forget to set up auto-replies for frequently asked questions or order confirmations. This way, you don’t have to spend your time answering the same questions, and your customers get quick responses.
